The Singai Farm house


 

 

 

 THE RUSTIC LOG CABIN

Log Cabin with 2 rooms, 1 double and 1 single with bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Each room fitted with ceiling fan. Maximum 4 persons.

 

 

DAY  PACKAGE

 

Day visitors see the farm at their own pace. Entrance fee at RM3 per head. Pay-as-you-catch fishing – pay for only what you catch. Fishing rod and bait can be rented from the farm at RM3 per rod. Bait at RM2 per pack. Feeding the deer in the farm or simply walk the “brayun”- a bamboo bridge connecting the longhouse to the farmhouse, see the deer roam nearby or enjoy the sight of the farm’s  mini wetland.

 

 

SAFETY & SECURITY

 

RAYAN Deer farm has its own in-house security personnel. The farm is fully fenced and gated for added safety and security.

 

THE ACCOMMODATION

RAYAN Deer Farm Stay offers one unit fully air-conditioned 3-room bungalow with bath room attached. Maximum 6 persons.

 

The bungalow also has spacious air-conditioned hall which can accommodate 30 persons for seminars, brain-storming session or team building. Facilities include LCD projector, tripod screen and whiteboard.

 

 

 THE TRADITIONAL SINGAI LONG HOUSE

 

Longhouse with 7 rooms each with 2 single beds and ceiling fan. Shared bathroom and toilet facilities.                Maximum 14 persons.

 

 

 

The Earthen Fire Place

 

 

 

THE SINGAI FARM HOUSE

Authentic Singai Farm House offering traditional living complete with traditional earthen fireplace. The farm house is an extension of the longhouse called Romin Moti (now known as Kupuo Sagah) which broke away to move down from the mountain when they converted to Christianity in the early 1800.  One open spacious room for group of 10 persons.
